American Idol - Results TOP 10 plus Wild Card!

This was an intense episode!  It was so long but it also had me on pins and needles...thank you sooo much for getting rid of the cheesy and terrible group musical numbers and also for no more Ford Focus commercials.  They are leaving the cheesiness to the performances and not the filler (does that mean that Simon Cowell was in favor of all that ridiculousness and now that he's gone it's gone???)

First I want to say I'm very happy with the choices made by America and the judges.  There was only person who I'm shocked America voted in...but hopefully she will go home first and then it won't really matter...

GIRLS (The * means they made it in the  top 13)

Ta-Tynisia - so glad she is gone. loved her look but what a terrible singer and performer.

*Naima - yay! she made it by the skin of her teeth.  Such a wonderful wild card performance. I think she is crazy but I love her voice and style.

Kendra - glad she is gone. she was boring.

Rachel - hmm would have been interesting to watch, but a good casulity.

*Karen - My Latina princess made it!!! sooo happy!

Lauren - glad she is gone. she was just too odd. I felt kind of bad for her though cause this is a grou of pretty girls and she stood out like a sore thumb.

*Ashton - I like her and thought America would pick her. instead the judges did.  I did not t hink her wild card performance was that great.  She is a lucky one.

Julie - This was a  no brainer.  You sing like crap,  you aren't gonna get a second chance, no matter how cute your barbie dresses are.

*Haley - America are you crazy?!?!?  Why did you pick this girl?  She was a dirty slut slutting around and singing bad...and yet she made the top ten. How could this happen.  She better go home next week.  America got this one WRONG!

*Thia -  I was nervous she was too old school, but America knows good singing. I wish her lots of luck.

*Lauren - one of my favorites. So glad she made it. she is a real cutie.

*Pia - she earned her place after last night.  Glad America agreed.  One of my faves.

GUYS (The * means they made it in the  top 13)

Clint - poor guy. he was an emotional wreck.  I think he deserved to make it another week but the competition was just too stiff and he didn't really win America's heart with his odd behavior.

Jovanny - :(  I'm very sad. He was so awesome on Monday and sang so well tonight.  But I had a feeling his time was up.  He wasn't really good enough to win.  Sad, though.

Jordan - a no brainer.  Horrible attitude.  Horrible performance.  Don't let the door hit you on your way out.

Tim - another horrible performance.  He seemed like a nice guy. But again, someone needed to go home.  He asked for it.

Brett - yikes, America was not ready for Brett.  He was entertaining, but I won't miss him.

*James - He's not my favorite but he earned his spot by singing so fantastic on Monday.  He'll be around awhile I'm sure.

Robby - I figured he'd get the wild card if America didn't choose him (kind of surprised they didn't) however, the reality is, he just wasn't that great, and as fate would have it, he is Gone!

*Scotty - He won me over on Monday.  This country crooner was so fantastic.  Just loved him and so glad he made it!

*Stefano - This one had me scared.  I could not believe he didn't make the top 10 as he was so amazing on Monday.  Thankfully the judges gave him a second chance and his voice was so beautiful in the wild card performance.  If he's lucky he could make it really far...GO SEATTLE!!!!!

*Paul - I  love Paul! I'm so glad America likes him too.  He's not my normal pick but he's so different and his voice is so unique, I can see him doing very well.   Love those eyes and smile as well.

*Jacob - No surprise there.  Jacob has the potential to win it all!

*Casey - another unlikely start.  I really love his uniqueness and hope he does really well.
