and now for the GIRLS!!!
1. Ta-Tynisa Wilson - I did not like this. I hated the way she sang this song...very off key! BAD! J.Lo is on crack thinking this was good. I agree with Randy more than ever now that he has a backbone.
2. Naima Adedapo - WOW! She was fantastic! I loved her outfit and how she moved and put on a show. I disagree with Randy. The cabaret act worked very well for her and her performance.
3. Kendra Chantell - I didn't want to like this but she continued to sound really good, so I can't really knock it. She might make it in the top 5 girls after that.
4. Rachel Zevita - very odd performance. I liked the "show" she gave and I liked that she did a Fiona Apple song but she kind of took it too far when her singing wasn't very good. I don't know...strange...
5. Karen Rodriquez - OMG I LOVED THAT!!! It was super cheesy pageanty but it fit soooo perfect with her. I felt like I was watching the first LATINA Amercian Idol! So AMAZING!!!!
6. Lauren Turner - First of all her outfit and body is distracting me. It's very oddly shaped. I would have covered up more. What the hell song is this. She's not bad, but not very memorable. She would have done well last season but I'm not sure about this season. She does have a good voice though.
7. Ashton Jones - I love that the season for big belters is BACK! I thought this was a really good performance, although I didn't know the song (Monica?) I thought she gave quite a show with all her diva-rrifics!
8. Julie Zorilla - She's so adorable. Too bad she has such a horrible voice. This was AWFUL! What an insult to Kely Clarkson...btw what Steven was saying was "you have such a great voice"..."but you didn't use it!"
9. Haley Reinhart - ewww - that was just too much...I hated this. It was painful to watch.
10. Thia Megia - Ohhh...old school ballad singing. I thought she was so great. Simple and perfect!
11. Lauren Alaina - I thought this was pretty good. Nothing special, but not bad.
12. Pia Toscano - I thought she did really good...but not for a standing ovation. Very good though...had to watch it twice to really appreciate it.
